Nice hotel but one very bad guy

after we paid from our credit MXD22,357.68 on July 22 and left the hotel, I found 2 of my credit card authorization, one on July 16 for MXD6,000, and one MXD14,500 even on the same day I paid the bill, still holded by them till today Aug. 10.
Ha, this is waht kind of guy and what kind of matter he's doing!
Can I say any bad words about him, I think NO, then I don't have any words can talk about his guy - Mr. Andres - who told me he was in charge on that day - July 22 morning, Mexico city local time!
Travel tip:
Mexico people is nice, but be careful with some guy, and if you're unlucky as me to meet this kind of, wish you adjust yourself well to try to have a good mood.

スタッフはとても感じが良く、エレベーターもセキュリティがバッチリです
ＮＨＫも見ることが出来たし、ＵＳＢつきの目覚まし時計や充電器完備

エレベーターはカードキーを刺さないと動かないシステムで安心です。
メキシコはセキュリティが心配だったのですが、このいホテルはえれべーたー前に必ずスタッフが数人立っているし怪しい人が進入するのは無理かも・・・
おかげで安心して湯船につかることが出来ました。
洗面所の水は無料なのにコーヒーを作る水は有料なのがよくわかりませんでした。
Restaurant Tip:
ホテルを出て大通りを右にいくと大きなショッピングモールがあります。その１階の左側にメキシコ料理レストランがありますが、たいへん美味でした。中だけじゃなく、外のテーブルにも人がいっぱいで時間帯によっては並ぶほど・・・
ハマイカも３倍はあるジャグでだしてくれました。満足！！
