Located just 10 kilometers from the airport, this modern hotel is conveniently close Mexico Citys most important convention center The hotel is within walking distance of famous tourist spots including several the areas most famous shopping venues and lively bars. Each of the comfortable guestrooms offer modern amenities and are great for relaxing after a long journey. The New York Hotel also features a small restaurant that serves a good selection of Spanish and Mexican dishes and there are plenty of local food stalls and trendy cafes just outside the hotel

Clos to Metro and MetroBus. Also several free museums.
The staff are very helpful, just sometimes slow on the uptake. The bed this time was like sleeping on a floor.
Nightlife Tip : For good food, and nice stroll, head to Reforma and turn right. For good shopping head to Reforma, at that corner is a Giant yellow horse. Across the street from it is Jauarez. Take it just past Palacio Balla Artes and every block has a different item they are selling. Best shopping in DF. But leave the area before 4 PM.

Good location, close to historical center and main monuments.
The street look scary in the night, a hard mattress in the room.
For my first travel to Mexico D.F., I chose this hotel for the price and discovered that it had a very good location, was really close to Palacio de Bellas Artes, Angel de la Independencia and Monumento a la Revolución also really close to amenities like movies, malls or theaters.
My only complaint could be the TV, only had 5 local channels (a little bit boring).
