Great location but awful bathroom

the bathroom was very dangerous. The restaurant service needs to be improved. Also they need to have more than one computer in the business room or improve their internet connection.

Nice modern hotel just off the Zocalo
- Location near Zocalo and metro
- Clean modern room

NH Centro Historico is very close to Zocalo and sites of interest such as the cathedral. The room was nice and clean with fluffy bed and modern bathroom. Front desk staff was helpful. Internet in the lobby was free but most everything else was extra (coffee in the room, breakfast, etc).

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the Metro - it is busy so safe (probably safer than a taxi) and much quicker!

Two Days in Mexico City

Excellent front desk service.

Being a fan of architecture the hotel itself was very interesting with a lot of unique and modern features in the room. The concierge was helpful and all the front desk people spoke english. Located close to the zocalo it was a great jumping off point for a first time visitor to Mexico City.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure to pick up a map at the front desk and ask questions. I received excellent answers to questions but very little information was simply volunteered.

Det här var ett prisvärt alternativ om man gillar ett modernt, rent och tyst hotell. Mycket god service från personalen i lobbyn som hjälpte oss även med turistinformation och säkra transporter.
Starbucks ligger vägg i vägg - vilket var skönt när vi kom med lite jetlag! Vi prövade inte restauranten - gick ett par kvarter bort för mat. Trevlig shopping - ffa skor i mängder precis runt hörnet!

Kostsamt hotell med centralt läge
Centralt läge, lugnt gata, rum med aircondition (även om den inte funkar alltid), rent.

bra för den som vill bo centralt, men det finns andra hotell till bättre priser inom samma område. Förfalskade min namnteckning och krävde betalt för room service som jag inte beställt. Tvingades betala för detta trots att jag argumenterade emot. Mycket trist! Bokade också hotellet för att de hade erbjudande om fritt trådlöst internet. Detta stämde ej på plats, fick betala för detta. Hotellet ska även ha ett gym, men det finns bara två maskiner och en uppsättning fria vikter. I övrigt är det snyggt och rent. Jag skulle inte rekommnedera hotellet till en vän utan istället be dem leta efter något annat hotell i området. Själva området i sig är dock toppen!!
Restaurant Tip:
Finns många små restauranger med bra mat till superbilliga priser. Holiday Inn har bästa takterassen med utsikt över Zokalo, men tyvärr överensstämmer inte kvaliteten på maten med priset.
