good service, excellent room and nice eating facilities at a reasonable price
this hotel is in polanco, a very nice section of mexico city with many shops and restaurants.
the hotel was very accommadating and even when they made an error they corrected it completely to my satisfaction.they are next to the el presidente with comparable facilities at a much more reasonable price. i stayed there twice because my wife and i liked very much.

Great service and wonderful hotel.
The area is an expense area but still good.
Great management from Agoda. The coupon and the attention I received from the Hotel were superb. Maybe you should include other services inside the hotel with a fee. will be better.

The location of the hotel is exellent.
All the hotel employees are very nice and helpful.
Almost nothing is complementary. Although the hotel rate is very high you have to pay for almost everything extra that you need
The hotel is very well located and has great facilities. There is a very near metro station, museums, parks, etc. Both the North of the city and the South can be reached easily.
One thing that I didn't like is that you have to pai extra money for almost everything: internet access, water, local phone calls, etc.
Travel tip : If you are going to the airport and you ask the hotel to get you a taxi, the rate will be around 500 pesos. On the other hand, if you call yourself a taxi (always an official company, which can be recommended even by the hotel employees) the price will be almost half.
