Business travelers South Korea, October 21, 2012	nice room and facility nice food and room 7 room, facility and restaurant are very good but staff is not helpful enough. i already made a resevation but through agoda showed the hotel voucher but they didn't find it. finally, they did it but felt a little uncomfortable.

Business travelers United States of America, March 25, 2011	Good hotel, safe location mediocre service safe location, decent value for money 7 -there are cameras around the neighborhood, so we felt it was a safe location. -public transport not so convenient, the nearest metro station is not so safe or easy to catch a taxi. -felt lot of pressure from staff to take hotel taxi which is very expensive. concierge staff also pressure guests to visit restaurants and attractions that they have certain arrangements with. i found that on several occasions i was over-charged for services simply by being identified as the hotel guest. -there is a fee for bringing in outside beverages to your room. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: si hablas espa~ol, durante el dia o cuando estes acompa~ado de alguien no tomen el taxi del hotel. salgan a la calle y usen taximetro. tarifa 3. el taxi del hotel es un robo.
