Staff is nice, perfect location in the Zona Rosa and Reforma, easy to get anywhere, 5 mins walk to Insurengentes metro station. Nice buffet breakfast if you like a monster breakfast, not cheap! Ask for a high floor, quieter, or on the back side. Have stayed here in past years, it is getting a little dated, could use a good room upgrade!

dit sheraton hotel is oud en een beetje gedateerd qua inrichting, maar het ligt op een prima plek om als uitvalsbasis te dienen om de stad te gaan verkennen.het personeel is zeer profesioneel en klant vriendelijk, het eten is prima verzorgd.
het ligt in een buurt waar veel te doen is op winkel en uitgaans gebied.

een grote winkelstraat tegen over het hotel

位置极佳，就在市中心，旁边就是美国大使馆，很安全的区域。门口就有一个星巴克，麦当劳、KFC、必胜客、棒约翰都在5分钟步行范围内。
服务很好，很热情。
床很舒服。
