Breakfast was not great, they don't have their own bar or restaurant therefore they are using the neighbour hotel's restaurant which is ok.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with lovely sea view

Loved everything about this place. It was my 5th time in Playa and I stayed in very nice boutique hotels before but this exceeded all my expectations.
Location couldn't be better: just off the quinta avenida on the beach side.. all the rooms have spacious terraces with tables and hammocks which wee great for chilling out in the evening.. the rooms on the beach front are slightly more expensive but they have better sea view than the ones on the back..
it was my sister's birthday and when they heard about this they arranged a nice cake and they decorated the room with baloons and flowers.. a lovely touch!
staff were extremely polite and friendly and this is one of the few hotel in playa which has a pool right on the beach which was very welcome during those days when the sea was a bit rough..
overall it was great value for money and I will definitely reccomend it to all my friends and family..
Nightlife Tip:
Hit Bar Deseo on the 5ta avenida for sleek cocktails served in outdoor four poster beds and then head to coco maya night club for dancing the night away..

whole the windows were helpful, there are a number of dance clubs around the corner with music blaring until 8am. the air conditioning barely worked in room 310. the beach is nice, but you cant get in the water as dozens of boats are mored out front. room okay, matress very firm, no restaurant,and continental breakfast was poor, but the restuarant two doors down was excelent. staff were all great!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The front desk folks were happy to set up tours to ruins and snorkeling, etc. The prices were reasonalble and their advice straight forward.

Atencion del personal, cercania a la playa, habitacion decorada con muy buen gusto.

Excelente atencion del personal, muy dispuestos a la hora de atender al cliente,muy buena limpieza, comoda cocina para cosas rapidas, muy cerca de la playa y de la 5ta. avenida.
Muy interesante para manejarse caminando. A pesar del ruido de los boliches, las ventanas muy hermeticas aislaban lo suficiente para dormir tranquilos.
Nightlife Tip:
Caminando se pueden encontrar bares con muy buena musica en vivo
