Very good service, fantastic food for an all inclusive type of resort. Great facilities. Good value for money -on the basis of the good deal I got through Agoda-
The fact that the spa only accepts cash
I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone, it's located in one of the best areas of the riviera maya, just between Playa del carmen and Tulum. Facilities are great and so is the staff willing to help at anytime
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to see other areas here as Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum I suggest to rent a car as the hotel location is far away from Cancun and taxis are expensive
