Disappointed with hotel from web site

Although we were aware hotel was just outside Tulum we did not realise it was just off the main road and so suffered from road noise all night. Lots of trucks stopping at 24 hour services. Staff did not seem interested and although bed was clean, rest of room very rustic and dusty.(mirror had film of dust , only cold water to basin).

L'hotel non accetta fumatori, le camere sono prive di confort e non troppo curate. Si tratta di cabanas in stile messicano, molto umide in caso di pioggia. il bagno è piccolissimo e con porta a persiana. Ha un piccolo parcheggio interno che continee 5/6 auto.
