Directions
Getting to the hotel by car is simple. Once on highway 307, which can be approached from either end of the Cancun Hotel Zone, it's just one straight road. You'll pass by Puerto Morelos, Playa Del Carmen, Xcaret and Xel Ha before reaching Tulum. Signposts are very clear and the town is hard to miss. If you prefer to travel by bus then the bus station in downtown Cancun provides frequent daily buses to Tulum and the bus ride takes approximately 2 hours. The bus stops at several points on the way, and has a 10 minute or so layover in Playa Del Carmen, before recommencing the journey. Buses are clean, air conditioned and often show some Mexican TV program on the way. Alternatively, you could catch a taxi from the Tulum main street, which will cost you some 30 pesos.
