Great location near bus station but no hot water.

We stayed in Tunich Beh only two days. Hotel located near bus station (less then 5 minutes walk). Overall good experience but be aware that there is no hot water in the shower room none of the staff speaks English. Very simple breakfast. We went to eat something and found our luggage by reception when we came back 10 minutes prior to check out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy access by Ado bus to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam.

Great location

Great location with close distance to bus station and downtown. However, room is too close to swim pool and so may hear some noise if people is using it. Good value in all.

Hotel with character, great location

The hotel is located right between two main cathedrals in the heart of the city in a historical building with lots of character. It has a very picturesque yard, nice restaurant for breakfast, roof swimming pool offering great view on the city and cathedrals. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, standard ones are small, suites larger, clean although old. Since the building is old, don’t expect too much and you will be perfectly satisfied. We liked it and it was a good experience.
Restaurant Tip:
We went for dinner to restaurant called "Chaya" just two blocks away from the hotel. It offers typical Yucatan food, well priced, fun atmosphere. One of the best places we had dinner during this Mexico trip.

Fine for one night, quite basis

we stayed with our parents only for one night and it was ok for money we paid, i guess. there are only a few rooms in this family run hotel. the rooms are clean, not too small, but quite basic. in some rooms there is a bit of humidity smell. all air-conditioned. staff is very friendly. breakfast very basic. swimming pool seems to need a bit of refreshing. the hotel is a few minute walk from the center, but is located on a very nice street with a few restaurants nearby. in overall, ok, but don’t expect too much.
Restaurant Tip:
There are two restauants near the hotel: one on the same side of the street with nice yard and garden, another just across the street. No need to go far: good food with reasonable prices. Get aranchera (stake)!

Great little hotel
Location, pool and great value

Great little place bang in the centre and very close to the bus station.
Set back from the road it's quiet and has a small garden, outside buffet breakfast area and a nice pool great for keeping your temperature down on a hot day.
Next to the pool are hammocks and chairs so you get a nice communal vibe with the other guests.
Rooms are very clean, spacious and have all the things you need.
It was great value for money with breakfast included.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get the Collectivos from along from the bus station to go to Chichen Itza. 1st one is 7am which so you arrive about 8am had have the place to yourself ;)

Très bon séjour : cet hôtel est très bien, situé en plein centre mais dans une rue calme. Les chambres toujours impecables, tv, eau chaude avec pression, immense lit. Super piscine, hamacs... Petit déj sympa et bon. L'hôtel est intégralement non fumeur (je fume et devais aller dans la rue pour fumer), c'est un bon point je trouve même si j'aurais aimé profiter d'une cigarette au bord de la piscine! Le parking pratique aussi!

Hotel parfait et calme. La chambre était très propre et élégante. Il y a un parking (pratique pour nous qui étions en voiture), et on est à 5 minutes à pieds de la place principale de cette ville agréable. La piscine est bien, le personnel sympathique. Allez-y les yeux fermés, probablement un des meilleurs hôtels qu'on ait fait dans le Yucatan.

Hotel calme et idéalement placé

L'hôtel est bien tenu et très calme. Pour nous qui sommes arrivés par la gare routière, il est très bien placé. Et de plus en quelques minutes nous sommes au centre ville.
Accueil chaleureux et compétent. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment laissés nous installer dès notre arrivée matinale.

Petit hotel familial bien tenu et bien situé

Hotel bien situé au calme près du centre historique.Patron très aimable.Piscine avec jacuzzi.Décoration un peu sobre et petite odeur d'humidité dans la chambre mais pas dans celle de nos amis.Petit déjeuner un peu surfait(mais c'était pareil ailleurs).Satisfait dans l'ensemble.
