Very pleasant wooded surroundings, walking distance from the local light rail transit into the city which becomes an added plus. The people in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and quite pleasant. The room was quite comfortable and clean and quiet.
The people at the reception desk have to learn how to smile and be a lot more pleasant to serve as a warm welcome to incoming and outgoing guests. The hallways have a very distinct and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. In fact the cigarette smoke adheres to ones' clothing. This is terrible.
I would say the stay at the hotel felt safe and secure but definitely in the areas of having a staff that should be friendly and pleasant, a lot of improvement needs to happen, The smell of cigarette smoke must be eliminated so as to provide a sense of having a clean and healthy environment. Otherwise, the lack of it, gives your property less value and far less endorsement from happy customers.
The breakfast fare could be a little healthier even if we have to pay for the privelege. Choices must be offered.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Market the Inner Harbor Visit. It makes the overall stay so worthwhile.

Tiny livestock on the floor in the bathroom, combined with a one hour wait for the "free shuttle ride" from the airport...I won't be returning.

Very close to airport. Shuttle service excellent. Friendly and ontime. Arrived late. Appreciated that hotel had available restaurant services even at late hour. Good menu selection. Helpful, friendly restaurant staff.
Smoky smell in restaurant bar and public hotel areas. Hotel room did not have smokey smell however heating/cooling system was old individual unit. Temp was not consistent and comfortable through the night. Unit was noisy.
