Beautifully furnished, great service, everything you could want in a hotel.
The only con was that our travel companion received nightly turn-down service and for some reason we did not!

It is a very nice boutique hotel in the middle of downtown. Has great character, but much smaller than some of the other similar priced hotels, i.e. Westin. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was glad to hear that wireless was free, but it was down two of the three days that I stayed there. I was never notified, just had to figure it out for myself. I especially liked the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice comfortable hotel but is weary of chains.
Great Location.
Somewhat small.

This hotel earns its 5 star rating. The lobby and rooms are chic, beautifully appointed and the Service is wonderful. The hotel's location could not be better for exploring Back Bay Boston. It is a short walk to Newberry St. where there are limitless restaurant and shopping choices as well as a stone's throw to Boston's gorgeous Public Gardens. We are very discerning travelers and I can't think of one negative about this hotel. Best of all, we got an unbelievable low rate through Agoda, about one half the normal room price. A great experience!
Lobby beautifully and creatively designed; rooms comfortable, modern and beautifully done, hallways some of the nicest we have seen; service was excellent, accommodating and friendly; perfect Boston location, right by Newberry St and the Public Gardens
Can't think of any negatives
- Travel tip : Stroll to the Public Gardens right nearby. It is an unexpected treat to find in the middle of a big city. The plantings are gorgeous. Bring a book, relax and enjoy!

My wife and I stayed at the Jury's Hotel for a business function we were attending. It was truly one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in the Boston area. The building itself was a marvel. Although the rooms were a bit on the small size, the hotel staff more than made up for any minor gripes I may have had.
Great location, service, and restaurants.
Slow lines at check-in.
