Great location, service, comfortable beds, very clean and excellent service.
It was our first visit to Boston so we found the location to be perfect. After sightseeing and shopping each day it was great to go back to the hotel's bar and restaurant and relax. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and excellent service. Will stay there again.
Travel tip : Close to train station and shops

Excellent location; impeccable service
We stayed at Jury's for my son's commissioning at graduation from Northeastern. Jury's is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with impeccable service and concierge. The check in desk was prompt and allowed us to check in one hour early, which was much appreciated. The superior rooms we stayed in (booked 2) were clean, spacious, and had lovely bathrooms with heated towel racks. The king bed we had was super comfy. We had breakfast in the hotel which although pricey, was delicious and my family members enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Excellent location, excellent service

location, service, amenities, location, location, location!
The service we received was over the top- the entire staff was so accomodating and helpful.
We loved the location to all the major points in boston,- the garden, the shopping, the restaurants... it was a close walk to everything but it was still quiet and relaxing.
Our room was big and more comfortable than most of the historic hotels that are closeby. The older hotels have very small rooms.
We loved our stay and would pick Jury's as our first pick for a return trip.
The fun bars and delicious restaurant in the hotel make it perfect to even stay in!
Nightlife Tip : There are a variety of bars - hotel lounges to fancy bars to dive bars like flash's and the Rattlesnake are all within two blocks...
It's perfect for a night out....
The breakfast in bed is perfect for the morning after the barhopping.

Location, location, location.
Had stayed at the Jurys before in 2005. The hotel has worn quite a bit in 3 1/2 years. They need to do a face lift of the finishes, and upgrade the electronics (to a flat TV, and provide an I-pod docking station). The location is terrific, very well located in Back Bay on the edge of the South End. Short walk to Newbury Street. I will stay there again. Staff nice, but slow. Had to call three times for the crib and we were told when we checked in that it was already in the room.

great location, clean rooms, contemporary lobby with active nightlife at bar
This hotel was great! Perfect location for easy access to Newbury Street and other shopping. From the moment you walk in the lobby, you know they have their act together. The lobby décor is contemporary without trying too hard and the hallways and rooms were well kept and always clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful – would definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip : Newbury Street is only a few blocks away!

Beautifully furnished, great service, everything you could want in a hotel.
The only con was that our travel companion received nightly turn-down service and for some reason we did not!

It is a very nice boutique hotel in the middle of downtown. Has great character, but much smaller than some of the other similar priced hotels, i.e. Westin. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was glad to hear that wireless was free, but it was down two of the three days that I stayed there. I was never notified, just had to figure it out for myself. I especially liked the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice comfortable hotel but is weary of chains.

We liked the history, the staff was wonderful, the robes were warm and location was great.
not much, of course the rooms are small given the history of the building.
My husband and I celebrate our anniversary in Boston every November and have tried other similar hotels. Jurys was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. To our surprise a bottle of campaign was on the table...Thanks Jurys!!! The location was perfect for walking Newbury street. This was a cozy classy little gem that we have recommended to our friends .The agoda sight was right on. Kudos to you also.

Lobby beautifully and creatively designed; rooms comfortable, modern and beautifully done, hallways some of the nicest we have seen; service was excellent, accommodating and friendly; perfect Boston location, right by Newberry St and the Public Gardens
Can't think of any negatives
This hotel earns its 5 star rating. The lobby and rooms are chic, beautifully appointed and the Service is wonderful. The hotel's location could not be better for exploring Back Bay Boston. It is a short walk to Newberry St. where there are limitless restaurant and shopping choices as well as a stone's throw to Boston's gorgeous Public Gardens. We are very discerning travelers and I can't think of one negative about this hotel. Best of all, we got an unbelievable low rate through Agoda, about one half the normal room price. A great experience!
Travel tip : Stroll to the Public Gardens right nearby. It is an unexpected treat to find in the middle of a big city. The plantings are gorgeous. Bring a book, relax and enjoy!

Great location, service, and restaurants.
My wife and I stayed at the Jury's Hotel for a business function we were attending. It was truly one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in the Boston area. The building itself was a marvel. Although the rooms were a bit on the small size, the hotel staff more than made up for any minor gripes I may have had.
