Fantastic location with gorgeous views of the Common and the Charles River.
The decor is tacky. The rooms are filled with awkward furniture that tries to hard to be trendy. Some of the room accessories are downright gaudy (e.g. the leopard print bathrobes).
This hotel is in a fantastic location that is easily accessible from many parts of the city. If you are lucky enough to be on one of the higher floors, you will get one of the best views of the city (facing the John Hancock building across the Common). But this is a hotel for the eccentric traveler. The furniture is Ikea-on-acid. The hotel would do better to focus on the basics (like a clean bathtub), rather than cluttering up the rooms with off-the-wall novelty items and advertising.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Samuel Adams's gravestone is right across the street (how Boston).

The very helpful staff, unique decor and central location were fabulous. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine night and breakfast.
Our pleasant experience at the Nine Zero made this a girls weekend to remember. We usually do not pay much attention to booking accomodation because we do not plan to spend much time in the hotel - especially in a city like Boston. Upon arrival the valet staff and concierge were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have arrived just in time for the complimentary wine hour in the very comfortable lobby. Instead of looking elsewhere for dinner, we wanted to check out the hotel restaurant and were pleased that it was just as fantastic as the rest of the hotel. We will definitely be back at the Nine Zero and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious relaxing getaway.

Modern decor, Friendly staff
The views from the rooms are not all that great
We were only there on night but I was impressed with the hotel. we were upgraded to a two queen size bed, although we were paying for a standard room. Unfortunately there is no lunch served in the hotel, but the people at the desk were very helpful making suggestions. Breakfast could have been better.
The location is good, close eoough to the airport and yet quite central.
