The customer service at this hotel was amazing. It is a small boutique-like hotel, and the staff top notch. They made us feel quite at home. We ordered a coffee pot to be brought to our room and it was delivered in less than two minutes! Amazing. We loved the customer service the best. The staff was very cordial and made us feel right at home calling us by name each time we walked through the lobby. How amazing is that?!?!? The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots and lots of towels in the bathroom, which was wonderful!!!
Restaurant Tip : The hotel is less than a block away from TD Banknorth Garden, and a quick walk to Quincy Market and the great Italian restaurants of the North End.

Directions coming from Logan Airport:
Coming from your airport terminal, follow the signs toward "Airport Exit."
Head towards the "Sumner tunnel" and Route 93 North. Once you're in the tunnel, get in the left lane. At the end of the tunnel, head towards Government Center. Do NOT go towards "Storrow Drive/Rt. 93 North." As you are coming up the ramp, get into the left lane heading towards Government Center. Here again you will have the option of getting onto Rt. 93 North. Do NOT get onto Rt. 93. At the end of the ramp, go straight ahead towards Government Center and get into the far right lane. You are now on New Chardon St. At the set of lights, take a right onto Merrimac St. (You will see a Mobil station on your right.) Just after the parking lot, bear right onto Portland St. Once you are on Portland St. you will cross the intersection of "Valenti Way" and just after that, you’ll see the Onyx Hotel on your right. The Onyx Hotel is at 155 Portland St. (if you look up, you will notice the "Onyx Hotel" banners).
