Good accommodations for price - but a few issues

i have stayed at the baymont in branford for a number of years. it's a bit tired-looking (despite recent renovations) but its pretty clean and comfortable. the free wifi is nice, very easy to log on to. the breakfast is unimaginative but its free and its edible. my two complaints are with the beds -- the mattresses are old and extremely soft, and the pillows are too soft -- my back still hurts! --and with the cleanliness of the pool/spa - the water was dirty and lukewarm (not hot enough to be a spa) -- clearly the filter and heater were not running. but you get what you pay for, and for a night, i got a bed in a warm room and breakfast.
