Convenient Location (10 min. shuttle bus between hotel and Airport)and Airport/Hotel shuttle. Comfortable bed. Airport Shuttle does not run more regularly at night time. Coming in at midnight, I had to wait for about 45 minutes before the shuttle arrives.
The staff could do with more customer service saavy. They performed their functions to the very basic. When I called to report the malfunctioning of the flat screen TV, with some hesitation, the gentleman at the front desk replied there was NO other room available...rather suspicious considering it's a fairly large hotel and did not at all look terribly busy. For example, a few people coming in on the bus shuttle with me was able to request for a room without reservation and got it. However, as I was too tired to discuss further, I let it go. Best Western is a basic business travellers' hotel located 10 minutes by car to the airport. It is basic and fairly clean hotel serving its purpose well, particularly if you're just coming through for a short period. There is a simple gym available and perhaps even opened 24 hours though I did not get a chance to use.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a regular free bus shuttle traveling between the airport and the hotel. From the airport, walk 200 meters to the shuttle bus terminal which is across from the airport terminal.

Intanettoakusesu and that there was iron in the room. The shuttle that Matta Demukae one half hours. Transit, I suited for a business trip. It's like if you want the so-called business hotels in Japan, not a lack of care services. Properly sent to the airport every 30 minutes, but out, so pick the time can vary considerably as people might be a better rush went by taxi. Was 10 minutes from the airport.
Restaurant Tip : Without breakfast, you can slowly eat at the airport food court.
