Clean quiet room, friendly staff
In Chicago for a meeting. Spent 5 nights at the hotel. Well located two blocks from Michigan Ave in the middle of the Magnificent Mile. All but two floors are nonsmoking (a plus for a nonsmoker). My room was clean and the floor was very quiet. The included buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel has free internet access, but requires a direct connection in the rooms. My only complaint was that the room was dark (even with all the lights on). I think it is because they are using low wattage energy savings bulbs. I would highly recommend this hotel

location, cost, continental breakfast, workout facility
will stay there again. Great value. Doesn't have "bells and whistles" that more expensive hotels have, but I don't need them. The room was clean with coffee, cable tv, hair dryer and large, comfortable bed. Location was very convenient to area landmarks. Easy to hail cabs from location. Nice complimentary continental breakfast.
