The staff is very attentive and the hotel was very clean.
Nightlife Tip:
The Kingston Mines Blues Bar was spectacular. The cab fare was relatively cheap to get there under 20.00 dollars. I also enjoyed Buddy Guys Blues bar as well.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.
The location of the hotel is one of its best features. It is close to shops and other areas of interest. The staff are friendly and efficient.

The hotel was up to expectations. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were at all times friendly and obliging with a good knowledge of the area. The sightseeing was excellent with many tours of the area available. The absence of WiFi in the rooms was a problem as it was necessary to return to the hotle lobby to send and receive emails.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located close to the Magnigicent Mile where ther are many good shops for those wanting this activity. It is also close, walking distance to a lot of good restaurantsIt is located on a quiet street, relatively speaking, so traffic noise is not a bother.

Quartos limpos e espaçosos com ótima localização

os quartos neste hotel são limpos e espaçosos. o que fiquei era equipado com duas tvs de 42", microondas, ótimo banheiro. tudo bem limpo mas um tanto antigo. o serviço foi prestativo e objetivo. há restaurantes pela redondeza (recomendo o cheesecake factory na praça ao lado do hotel).
Shopping Tip:
não perca a Chiaroscuro, uma graça de loja de objetos de decoração no Water Tower Place a 1 quadra do hotel.

部屋は基本的には切れですが、シャワーの出は日本人の感覚からすると悪いです（わたり前か。）。あと、WiFiはeach one device毎に料金が加算され、出るときにいきなり請求されるので注意。その他は問題ないです。
