Overall satisfactory. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I was hopeful that breakfast is provided. I didn't get a chance to eat in the hotel, hence no comments on food.

I've enjoyed 2 stays at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and will definitely stay there again next time. The service is perfect and staff show genuine care and concern for guests. They attended to my every need and looked for other ways to assist on things I didn't even think of. And I really enjoy the breakfast buffet... one of the best in comparison to all hotels I've stayed at around the world. Great job!

i had booked a queen room with two queen beds but received a room with one bed close to the ice machine which people used constantly through the night.
they had a service which suggested that they could sought out all problems but when i asked for a conversiob plug for us to australia - they gave me a european plug and when i said it didn't work they said it was all they had. i went around the corner to radio shack and bought the appropriate plus - do much for their exceptional service.
otherwise my stay was uneventful.

very large hotel but didn't have to stand in long lines at check-in or check-out or wait a long time for morning coffee in lobby or elevators. rooms were small but very clean and modern. location of the hotel was great.

i arrived in the evening and took the recommended shuttle in from the airport. during rush hour, the trip took about 45 minutes.

OK hotel but a bit in need for a renovation
Excellent location in central Chicago

The hotel reception workes ok, and the location is perfect. Had a suite with a nice view of the Chicago river. Hower the room was a bit dusty, and did not have much sound isolation so it was noice whenever sombody passed in the hallway.
Hotel Feature Tip:
OK if location is your top concern. If you like luxery and eveything to work and be top-class then do not select this hotel.

A good place to stay while on a business trip to Chicago. Everything meets or surpasses your expectations from a hotel in this class. Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Not a family hotel.

시카고 리버에 위치하여 밀레니엄파크 와 시카고 트리뷴 근처 모두 접근성이 좋습니다.
버스는 한개 노선만이 호텔 바로 앞에 서지만, 그 버스를 이용하여 다른 곳으로 접근이 괜찮고요.
시간이 충분하다면 버스 노선이 많은 시카고 강변(시카고 트리뷴)과 밀레니엄 파크 등으로의 이동도 수월합니다.

차가 있었던터라 주차에 애를 먹었습니다
호텔주차는 하루당 이어서 근처 빌딩을 찾아 하루에에
주차를 했습니다! 그 외에는 직원들 서비스도 괜찮은 편이구 아침도
나쁘지 않았습니다! 무엇보다 현대적으로 리모델링된 룸이 너무 좋았습니다

강이 바로 옆에 있어서 이동하기 너무 편리함
