it was clean, enough room, really nice no internet in the rooms and no HD Televison Channels. the vending mechines did not work in all floors. the hotel experience was excellent. i think that having hd channels and internet in the rooms would bring out a lot more people. I thought it was a nicely built hotel. the hotel also needs new vending machines. Floor number 3 which was the only one i found from 10 diff. floors was not working. If that gets fixed i would be completely satisfied with my overall experience.

Great location, clean, nice, and pretty lobby. I really liked this hotel. The hotel was great. It was along the magnificent mile and was in walking distance to a lot of great sites and was the perfect location.I stayed for the Chicago Marathon and it was completey full the staff did a great job with us especially with how busy they were. The hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. The lobby was cool and had a nice looking bar. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people in the future.
