great hotel at a even better location. Staff at front desk could be more polite but its ok. The bathrooms are a little bit small at least in the standard room i stayed. Not a great view either. the hotel does not have great restaurants but the are many stores near by. There is a great place in the 25 floor to get a picture of Chicago.

Hotel definitely recommended for those who want to go to Chicago and be in the heart of the city, particularly from a tourist. E 'practically on Magnificent Mile, a street famous for its shops, and preferable to the chaotic Loop, ragging easily (and pleasantly!) On foot. The hotel was inside a cafe (Lavazza. ..) and a pub, in addition to being in front of a Dunkin Donuts and next to a Starbucks, good for breakfast, not offered by the property. The room had a double with two French beds, and pretty spacious, with tv in room and all you need. There is free wireless connection and the bathroom is really tiny. The interior was facing, even though the structure is pretty high, un po 'come full Chiacago, and one might have hoped for a panoramic view. Overall, it is advisable in terms of value for money, especially in the location report.
