Great location, clean, nice, and pretty lobby. I really liked this hotel. The hotel was great. It was along the magnificent mile and was in walking distance to a lot of great sites and was the perfect location.I stayed for the Chicago Marathon and it was completey full the staff did a great job with us especially with how busy they were. The hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. The lobby was cool and had a nice looking bar. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people in the future.

great hotel at a even better location. Staff at front desk could be more polite but its ok. The bathrooms are a little bit small at least in the standard room i stayed. Not a great view either. the hotel does not have great restaurants but the are many stores near by. There is a great place in the 25 floor to get a picture of Chicago.

very central - helpful staff - calm breakfast very close to the hotel hotel very easy access to downtown Chicago, near shops and museums to visit. metro nearby - we could leave the hotel after hours of trouble-free checkout (2 pm) the rooms are very comfortable that a little old. Overall excellent value for money

- Excellent location - Organization and services - Overlooking the courtyard - small bathroom - wi-fi pay Hotel definitely recommended for those who want to go to Chicago and be in the heart of the city, particularly from a tourist. E 'practically on Magnificent Mile, a street famous for its shops, and preferable to the chaotic Loop, ragging easily (and pleasantly!) On foot. The hotel was inside a cafe (Lavazza. ..) and a pub, in addition to being in front of a Dunkin Donuts and next to a Starbucks, good for breakfast, not offered by the property. The room had a double with two French beds, and pretty spacious, with tv in room and all you need. There is free wireless connection and the bathroom is really tiny. The interior was facing, even though the structure is pretty high, un po 'come full Chiacago, and one might have hoped for a panoramic view. Overall, it is advisable in terms of value for money, especially in the location report.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A short distance from the Navy Pier can also be reached by a shuttle bus that stops on the Magnificent Mile.

Location, friendly staff, spacious rooms Bathroom not up to the rest of the room Certainly the location is excellent. The rooms are clean, bright and welcoming even if the bathroom did not live up to the room. The beds are spacious and comfortable. An ideal place for shopping as walk away with all the best shops in town. The staff proved friendly and helpful. Value for money has proven very good and considered the same hotel in case of another visit to town
