Couples Italy, August 21, 2011	Business hotel nice room Large rooms and bathroom, really quiet 6.7 No : rooms Are absolutely quiet, excellent soundproofing The room was nearby the elevators and no noise was ever heard. Breakfast is too expansive and served in an horrible place. The surroundings were ugly but the view was great. Some troubles at checkout due to wrong charge of minibar: it took about half an tour to have the correct check. Pants sent to laundry because of two stains were returned to me dirty. They took the pants again and the second time stains sere removed.
Emery K. Solo travelers United States of America, August 03, 2011	Swissotel Location 7.3 Located on upper Wacker dr. which is close to River walk and the bridge that connects to Magnificient Mile. Once I walked into my room, it was clean, spacious, and the openess due to surrounding large clear windows that captures the Michigan Lake, the Pier, and other unique architectures..., enjoyed the view while drinking coffee and it was pleasant feeling waking up to the sunrise. My stay would have been more satisfying if the bed (mattress) was more comfortable, and also wifi and fitness center are not free, no complimentary water, be cautious when using refrigerator, its sensors can be sensitive. Overall I liked the hotel and probably would stay here again because of the location.
Steve U. Couples United States of America, July 18, 2011	Nice Hotel / Great Location Beautiful view of the Lake 9 I would recommend this hotel and definitly stay again. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: This location is great. You are close to major shopping attractions along Michigan Avenue. You can also walk to many major tourist attractions like Navy Pier, Millium Park, Grant Park, the Art Institute and many other great musuems. Everything is walkable so you never really need a cab or the CTA. If you get a chance - check out a concert at the nearby Pritzer outdoor ampitheatre.
