Great location and great room

The best thing of this hotel is location. It is very close to loop line. You can walk one block to Michigan avenue. The hotel doesn't have parking but they provide valet parking service. Female front desk persons provided very good service while male front desk did not take a good care of Asian guests compared to American guests.

Lovely hotel, service good, location not good
the interior was beautiful and spacious.

The hotel was very beautiful inside and the entrance was welcoming. Didn't like the location due to the trains going overhead in the street. It was convenient for walking and close to restaurants etc. The room wasn't anything special and the people who slept on the pullout couch were not comfortable. Would not stay here again.

Es ún hotel ápto por su ubicación para el marathon de chicágo, no se necesita taxi o vehículo rentado para movilizarse a las tiendas, parques o museos de la ciudad! Es cómodo, higiénico y parte del personal habla en español!
El precio esta dentro del rango de. Hoteles similares!
Nos gustaría hospedarnos nuevamente en el silver!

空港からのアクセス、ネット環境、ベッド、浴室ともに問題ないホテルです。但し、朝食のレストランはバイキングスタイルではないので、日本人の好みにはあまり合っていないかもしれません。

従業員の愛想がよく、女性スタッフはどなたも常に笑顔で対応するのが印象的でした。部屋は広くとても落ち着きます。ホテル全体が落ち着く雰囲気でした。部屋も清潔です。無料wifiは普通に快速でした。ブルーラインのモンロー駅から徒歩で行きましたが５分ほどでつきます。コンビニ、スーパー、レストランには困りません。美術館、シンフォニーセンターも近いです。シカゴは毎年行くので次も泊まりたいと思います。

外から見ると小さな古ぼけたホテルに見えるが、中はゆったりとした作りなのでちょっとビックリ。とくに２階のロビーは広くて静かでよい。インターネット接続はWiFiが無料で使え、ホテルにチェックインするとIDとパスワードを教えてもらえる。けっして豪華ではないが、宿泊料もリーズナブルで、出張や観光には最適。
Restaurant Tip:
ホテルからWabash通りを南に数十メートル行った右側にある洋風鉄板焼きの店は、行ってみる価値あり。自分で好きな肉と野菜をバイキング風にとって、鉄板焼き係りのコックさんに頼むと、ジュージュー焼いて、出来上がったらもってきてくれる。料金も手ごろ。
