The location is good, not too far from the airport and centrally located between Cape Coral and Fort Myers. There is free internet in all rooms. The lady who served breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
The room was not clean enough! The pool was not clean, the service was beneath contempt. Bathroom amenities such as shampoo, etc. were not properly completed and we even got some shampoo and shower gel which was not sealed, so in other words already used ... Sometimes we got a little towel, a cloth the next day, it was just hopeless.
It was the second time we visited this hotel and the first time it was still moderate, but this time it was beneath contempt. We also learned that she recently from Group "Best Western" and put the bar service was also bad. The rooms were not clean and the pool was green and full of leaves and algae. We wanted our daughter not to swim here. The towels in the pool was tiny and rotversleten. The only staff that really should be congratulated is the lady of the breakfast.

Good location, central Friendly service. Clean rooms. Internet in all rooms. The suites are spacious and practically divided. The hotel has washers and dryers Large parking, location
Some rooms are very noisy, the suites have air conditioning or kitchen with dishwasher and microwave but no kitchen utensils. Even no plates or cutlery ... The hotel has no storage space for luggage. The machines work with "quarters", but the reception they could not exchange U.S. dollars.
An older but relatively cozy hotel. The breakfast was not extensive, but still pretty good for American standards. The service from the reception desk to be working. One problem I found that at 11 we had the room is free and that they never could keep our luggage until our flight departed. I think a basic service for a hotel. A scale to weigh the luggage, they could not find throughout the hotel.
