No washing machine (Nearest 10 minutes by car in camping village) A well situated, quiet hotel - very close to the Grand Canyon Park entrance
The room was quite big with 2 queen-size beds and pleasing "rustic" furniture and an internal balcony overlooking bar and pool area, unusable due to the strong chlorine smell.
The restaurant staff were fine, but the food was awful both in quality & choice (overcooked, unhealthy) except for fresh fruit & salad bar.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Also fast and efficient service from the restaurant and housekeeping. Convenient location as very near to Grand Canyon park entrance. Walking distance to the national Geographic IMAX theater which shows the marvelous documentary on Grand Canyon's hidden secrets. Good that it has wifi service While continental breakfast was complimentary, content could still be improved for more quality food. A friendly and efficient hotel, conveniently located to the Grand Canyon park entrance and food outlets in the little town of Tusayan. Good and helpful staff and also a fairly good well-stocked souvenir store within the hotel for that last-minute souvenir gift.Even better if complimentary breakfast can be further improved.
Shopping Tip : While the hotel has a good souvenir store, it is not necessarily the cheapest in the vicinity. If time is available and you intend to visit other hotels within the Grand Canyon park,the same souvenir may be cheaper in those Park hotels than the Quality Inn

Only 10 minute drive from the canyon. Nice pool and spa. Good luck finding the hotel as the entrance is not really where the hotel is so very confusing.
Not enough lights in room, quite dark in our room.
Couldn't get a seat at breakfast, had to push in next to someone else. Only worth the cost because of its location. Overall not that good an experience. Couldn't find the hotel firstly as the entrance is not really near the sign and the hotel is hidden away behind a fence not visible from the road. Room only had lamps for lights in the main section so very dark. Could not get a seat at the complimentary breakfast so had to squeeze in with strangers. We had to check out before breakfast the second night and was told we had to purchase our complimentary breakfast if we wanted it to go, as it isn't included in the price of the room, it's a bonus!
Other than that it had a nice pool and spa and was in a good location.
Travel tip : Go around behind the IMAX theatre to find it.

Near the Grand Canyon, cieca 20 min. with the car, the outdoor pool was nicely laid out and you could cool off after hiking and enjoy a few rays of sunshine. We booked in June and the situation the best thing we got. Unhd name had changed in the time between travel booking, we received no information, but was also found as well, breakfast was at our very chaotic, relatively few staff for the number of guests, but otherwise ok. About the food in Resataurant Unfortunately I can not give any information because we have not genuzt it. , However, yielded the einschecken a coupon for 10% discount on dinner.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good location to the Canyon, min circa 20th to park
