With Kanchana right near by as well as El Tovar and the Blue Angel you won't be for want of dining options. Take in some of the Native American traditional dances or just go for nice hikes around the rim. Deer come right up to your window at the Thunderbird. Large bucks and small doe are a wonderful site in the early morning light.
