location, location, location
Love the Heavenly beds.
They really need a Concierge who knows what they are doing. 2 different trips were very unorganized.
The hotel's location can't be beat. You have everything you need right at your doorstep. Luckily, we were in the Towers which provides much larger rooms. We were disappointed with the Maid Service as it seemed like the only thing they did was put in new shampoo and make the bed; they did not pick up any trash. The food by the pool is very expensive.
Restaurant Tip : The french fries at the hotel pool are over $7.00. If you walk down to the Hyatt at the Beach food stand (near all the surfboard rentals) they are only $2.50. They also have great shaved ice.
