Lazy and slow attitude by staffs
Hotel itself is cozy and nice, but the staff is bit slow. Took 30 min to check-in (just say the room is not ready), waited for another 30 min to have the bags in the room, no attendance to the room (just shopwed the way to the elevator). They say that there was too many guests to check in but that an excuse. At check-out, there was only one staff talking with the phone and had to wait for 15 min until he finishes the call, without a single excuse.
Shopping Tip : UGG flag shop just opened near by.

The Royal Hawaiian's use of the suite, Lanai is outstanding oceanfront views from the windows are not being overwhelmed by the moment I entered the room. Room after the renovation is a good sense of space and dark brown and pink tones, even sleeping in the bed was the best.
