Hoku's Restaurant Superb cuisine and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from every table in this multi-level dining room.

Honu's Bar Gourmet pizza and spicy island fare in an unforgettable setting.
Located near the resort’s turtle ponds, the Honu Bar & Terrace offers outdoor dining in a quiet, tranquil ambience. The view from the tables is panoramic, taking in a broad sweep of the ponds, the pool and the ocean beyond.
It’s an ideal choice for casual dining, quiet meetings and cocktails at sunset, like our famous Mai Tai and specialties like Mandarin Mango Madness or the popular Lava Flow.
Cabanas Seaside Grill A dreamy, elegant venue with white linen tablecloths and hand-blown glass tableware.
With a direct view of the Pacific Ocean, Cabanas Seaside Grill is perfect for intimate dinners and relaxed social gatherings. Guests dine under specially constructed cabanas, with the choice of enjoying the sunset whilst dining, or drawing the drapes for maximum privacy.
Menus are meant to be shared and include fresh bounty from the local waters such as Hawaiian Bouillabaisse with Mahi Mahi, Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Ogo and Sesame Croutons. Other options include Steamed Manila Clams & New Zealand Mussels with Spicy Lemongrass Tomato Broth and All Day Slow Roast 'Kahlua' Pork with Granny Smith Apple and Apricot Compote
Plumeria Beach House On the edge of the white sands of Kahala, the oceanside Plumeria Beach House is our open-air, all day dining restaurant.
Guests will enjoy Hawaii’s beautiful sunshine and stunning coastal view at the newly christened Plumeria Beach House. The restaurant is bathed in warm, natural earth tones reminiscent of a comfortable island home, with indoor and outdoor terraces taking full advantage of breezy trade winds.
In keeping with the restaurant’s promise of keeping things fresh, the dishes are updated seasonally, both in the ala carte and buffet menus. In this spirit of “freshness,” a new highlight of the restaurant is the “Chef’s Table” - a “live” action station bearing hot entrees prepared a la minute. Health-conscious guests will appreciate selected dishes which helpfully provide detailed information, such as their fat, carbohydrate, calorie, sugar and protein contents. Those most familiar with the restaurant’s culinary history will discover favorites such as the Kahala Burger, Mandarin Chicken Salad and the Flavors of The Kahala Hotel & Resort dishes remain a firm staple in the new menus.
The Veranda Relax in the romantic ambience of old Hawaii. A perfect meeting place for afternoon tea or cocktails with live jazz entertainment.
Designed in the tradition of a classic plantation home, The Veranda is a taste of old Hawaii. The comfortable lounge overlooks the Dolphin Lagoon with a choice of both indoor and al fresco seating amid the lush, tropical décor. Large, upholstered chairs are perfect for lingering over a cocktail or just escaping with a good book, as palm leaf motifs and island-inspired furnishings transport you to a tropical oasis.
Our afternoon Curry Buffet is highly popular and includes a variety of Indian, Thai and Japanese specialties, along with quenching delights like Veranda iced tea, melon-ginger lassi and cucumber limeade. Afternoon tea is a tradition too, after a long day spent sunning, swimming and exploring. In addition to an assortment of 13 hand-blended Hawaiian teas, we serve homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves, pastries and other confectionery. But at night the ambience changes as our live jazz band take to the stage and The Veranda’s intimate dance floor becomes a popular choice for a sophisticated evening.
Tokyo-Tokyo Enjoy hand-selected ingredients blended using modern methods and traditional Japanese culinary practices all in a relaxed Hawaiian setting.
