Location - best back drop in Waikiki, the staff were so friendly, Pool bar food! 9.7 We stayed in the Queen Kapiolani for 2 weeks, it was really enjoyable. Quick check in when we arrived early and the staff were happy to mind our bags until we were allowed in our room (which we could 2 hours early) The best location i think and we had the best view in Waikiki, our Lanai overlooked Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. The staff were so friendly and are an asset to the Hotel. If we needed a Taxi they would call straight away and one would be there ready for us. The daily wake up call was very handy when we needed it. Overall i was so happy with our accommodation choice and will gladly recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you so much!
Jessica V. Families with young children Australia, April 03, 2013	Close to the beach Close to the beach, restaurant and shops 3.7 Not bad. A bit overpriced. The room is small and dirty. Bathroom needs renovated. However it closes to the city shopping centre and the beach.
