Best feature of Crowne Plaza Houston Suites Southwest located on 9090 southwest freeway: location, walking distance from ALOT of shopping center Ross, Marshalls then different other shops where the clothes and shoes are flashy and cute...Lovely view of all the places you need and want to go to, hotel was nice, great view of the city, bartender Agustin was awesome stayed after hours to serve drinks....
pets are only allowed on the first floor...there is no view except the cars...pool is way to small...
Everything was going great until i decided to stay another night, after a long day of shopping and enjoying i came back to my room and the keys didnt work so i had to go back downstairs and the lady changed out the keys when back up and the keys still didnt work, had to go back down then they call the hotel tech his keys didnt work either, so they finally got the door open and moved me to another room, had to go get the keys for that room on the way back up to the room i was holding the door open for another guess and my whole hand was closed in the elevator, i started to scream because i thought i was goinig to lose my finger, i road from the ground floor to the 5th floor with my hand in the door trying to pull it out but the door was getting tighter so i just stop pulling and closed my eyes an waited...needless to say i will never hold the door open for anyone else...after telling the manager all he did was put ice on my hand and tell me to go to the bar...and for all those that are wondering...no my room was not free
Shopping Tip : All the shopping place you need are right there go down the streeet right on the side of the crowne plaza i think its 'commerce' an you will have to drive down a street that dont look to nice but im sure the people dont bite and you will see all the shopping centers you can possibly think of go in all of them you will find good deals...
