The rooms are beautiful, very modern, comfy beds, great rates on Agoda. No maids beating down the door. Flexible with check out time.
Valet only @ $20/day extra, front desk very rude, (except the lady who answers the phones, shes very helpful) They constantly had problems finding the reservations.
The stay was overall pretty good. I didn't like dealing with the front desk every morning. I'm sure the stay is much easier if you reserve all the days, but my works leaves me so open ended I had to make a new reservation every night. The lady who answers the phone really helped to make sure everything with the reservation was okay, but when it came to getting keys remade at the front desk before I went to work, they constantly had a problem because they weren't pulling up the reservation...even after I showed them the confirmation email... Oh well. The rooms were so beautiful, and the views were so beautiful that it made everything very very worth it.
Shopping Tip : Galleria...what more do I need to say?? About a 5 minute drive away...and Sullivans, amazing Lobster and located directly behind hotel. Awesome!!

Modern design, great location, very clean.
hotel staff was hard to deal with.
I really overall liked this hotel. The maids didn't bang on your door early in the morning as in some of the other hotels in the area, and the rooms and the views were beautiful. The only thing hard to deal with were the staff at the front desk. They were rude, and were constantly having problems finding my reservations. But, other than them, everything was great!!

The hotel is located in a central spot in the Galleria area. Modern decor and nice sleeping accommodations.
Mandatory overnight valet with a $20 charge. Car looked like it had been parked under a nest as it was covered with feces.
We arrived around check in time and our room was ready which was pleasing for a holiday weekend. We had a view of downtown and a king size bed which is exactly what we had asked for when making our reservation through Agoda. This was the first time I had ever heard of Agoda, and the price was so much lower than the other travel sites that we were a bit skeptical. We were very pleased to find out that everything ended up being exactly as it had appeared when we were making the reservation and we would love to use Agoda again to get such a great rate that was nearly half of what others were charging for the exact same room.
Shopping Tip : Close enough to walk to and from the Galleria Mall.
