Very cordial; extremely comfortable room; ate in Shula's and it was a good meal; offered free shuttle to the Hilton hotel after our stay.
Shula's was good but a little expensive.

Beautiful decor, great beds, wonderful service from all personnel!
I recently stayed in the Hyatt during a visit to my daughter, who lives in Houston. My mother and I were very impressed with the cleanliness, the modern decor and the helpfulness of all the staff. The accomadations were more than comfortable and the availibility of the cafe and jewelry shop were appreciated. We also felt the rate was more that reasonable and will definately stay there again on our next trip to Houston.
Travel tip : Was there visiting family and all our activities were away from the hotel, so I cannot comment here.

Beautiful Hotel, Quiet, Centrally located, Great Steakhouse.
Parking very expensive, Bellhops and Greeters very upity.
Street parking in Houston is FREE after 6pm. Nobody at the hotel would tell you that. They were pushing their $15. self parking or $25. a day valet. Even when asked point blank the hotel staff resisted giving you this information.
