Very cordial; extremely comfortable room; ate in Shula's and it was a good meal; offered free shuttle to the Hilton hotel after our stay. Shula's was good but a little expensive. min. 50 words

Beautiful decor, great beds, wonderful service from all personnel! I recently stayed in the Hyatt during a visit to my daughter, who lives in Houston. My mother and I were very impressed with the cleanliness, the modern decor and the helpfulness of all the staff. The accomadations were more than comfortable and the availibility of the cafe and jewelry shop were appreciated. We also felt the rate was more that reasonable and will definately stay there again on our next trip to Houston.
Travel tip : Was there visiting family and all our activities were away from the hotel, so I cannot comment here.

Beautiful Hotel, Quiet, Centrally located, Great Steakhouse. Parking very expensive, Bellhops and Greeters very upity. Street parking in Houston is FREE after 6pm. Nobody at the hotel would tell you that. They were pushing their $15. self parking or $25. a day valet. Even when asked point blank the hotel staff resisted giving you this information.

Great room, comfy bed, great fitness center, good location Under construction - painting the lobby, working on several floors, needs a pool This hotel is under construction - though it is not advertised as so anywhere. However, it is still the best choice in the area for the price!

Good facility, good service, the staffs are very helpful few eating sopts around there, grocery shopping looks a bit difficult One of the best hotels in Houston i think
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Houston tour also picks you up to this hotel and brings you back, its also convenient.

Steakhouse closes 22:00 Clock! The hotel is certainly a good tip for Houston. If you like very good rooms, is in good hands here. The location in downtown Houston is indeed very suitable to the airports, but compensate the quality of the rooms so in any case. The service at the hotel is of a high level. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the cuisine of the above reasons.
