Great location but horrible accomodation

the location is right on the waterfront so if you are by boat it is great. the rooms are ok but the bathroom is horrible with the paint falling off and the bathroom door rotting on the underside. i am not that picky but i do prefer my shower to not have paint falling off the walls.
