Cost. One of the lowest price hotels in Kailua that is clean and decent.
The rooms are a little worn (probably 8 years since remodel) but they were clean and neat
This was a nice hotel that puts you in the middle of the action in Kailua. Great values for the money. Not to many frills but it gets the job done nicely. If I were looking for a way to stay in Kona and not spend a lot, this would be my first choice. I will stay here again

Value for money hotel. There are nicer ones around but this one has its unique and distinct selling points.
