Good price. Decent room interior. Slightly less quality than Motel 6.

Horrible, rude check in process. Front desk clerk could possibly have been conscienceless during check in. A robot would have been much more friendly. All I can say is there are 1000's of good people out there that need jobs in this economy and why do you put someone like her in the position? She barely said two words and grunted when she did talk. I'll definitely report this to corporate.

I've spent over 13 years in the hotel business and what I discovered is that it is not the shiny mirrors or the clean sheets that keep people coming back, it is the smiling faces and personable employees that keep customers coming back. You have a choice of who you have working at your hotel, so make good choices. It costs the same for a good employee or a bad employee. Why not choose the good one? Hotel location is good and room condition is fair. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Missing remote control for the TV.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Across the street from the monorail, so it is easy to get around.
