Everything about the Aria is as expected from a hotel of this nature in Las Vegas, however the most disappointing was level of quality and cleaniness in housekeeping. Sheets were not replaced throughout my entire stay. Some towels were old and rough (very uncomfortable to use) and hangers in the closet were laden with dust. No slippers were offered and given the cleaniness level of the room, I felt this was an important necessity.

The main downside was the time required for check in at the front desk - we queued for sometime on arrival near 18:00 but we noticed the queue remained at 23:00.

Pleasant, however all activities including restaurants, shopping, shows, drinks, etc incredibly overpriced. Was disappointed that my shuttle wasn't arranged even though requested when I booked. I was basically told to catch a cab when I called the hotel.. I was also overcharged twice over for the resort fee which they're ignoring at present.
