Free upgrade to Suite! Had a late check-in and standard rooms not available, so got a free upgrade to the Suite on the 24th floor! 3 bathrooms, with a TV in each. Shower was a steam room also! Jacuzzi was fantastic.

Lovely stay in a grand, luxury hotel
Obviously the amazing Bellagio fountains were a highlight! Also, our room was clean and contemporary and we enjoyed a lovely meal at Yellowtail - be sure to request a table over looking the lake!

Our stay was wonderful - the room was a bit smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable all the same. Check in staff were helpful and the waiter at Yellowtail restaurant who served us was very friendly

Loved the room, the bed was especially comfortable. Restaurants were good. Staff customer service was great up until the last few minutes when I needed help with storing our luggage while we had breakfast. I was in a hurry, we needed prompt service and the bell captain scolded me for being impatient. He then promptly left to go do something. He had no sense of urgency and didn't even ask us what we needed. Since we were loosing time we grabbed a cab to the airport and got breakfast there. The result was a bad experience at the end of our trip, business lost at the cafe, and the bell captain didn't get a tip.
