Great stay one week, horrible room the next
They didn't turn me away even when they could not find my reservation

I booked the week prior to this stay for the same price as this stay. I had the best service, and was given a perfect room. This time made my reservation, but hotel had no record of it. They gave me a room with uneven broken flooring and a disgusting bathroom. I prob won't stay at this hotel again because of the different experiences spaced one week apart.
