An awesome, fun, seamless stay

My friends and I stayed for my 22nd birthday, we arrived late on saturday night, were upgraded to palace tower suite overlooking the pool. Was an absolutely amazing time, we all had a blast. Definitely recommend Caesar's Palace, besides, im pretty sure Caesar lived there

Poor communication between Agoda and Hotel.

It ended up being bearable. But the start was awful. After deciding to only go the Vegas for one night- we arrived in the evening, only to be told that the reservation was not on their system. After spending literally a couple of hours discussing matters , we were told that we would be charged extra and the money refunded only if they were satisfied that the booking was made (Even though we had all the confirmations with us). In the morning we were told that a refund would be processed. Nevertheless, for one of our rooms it took us almost a month to get a refund.

we got given a free upgrade which was very nice, due to no king bed available in the class of room we had booked. the pool area was stunning with multiple pools which we didn't get to use cause it was winter. handy easy access to buses and bellagio from this hotel. a busy place with many shopsand restaurants and big names performing in the theatre. not suitable for those who don't like crowds or like to be near an exit at all times as it's easy to get lost in this big place.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get the list of free shows that all the big casinos offer. Caesars do a moving roman show with lights. Pick up the vouchers for free gambling money at select hotels in return for new membership which is fre. Also pick up a met card at any big casino to enjoy good discounts on many shows.
