Quality and service lacking

I stayed at Harrah's about 4 years ago and the quality, cleanliness and service I experienced on my first stay was missing during this trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all when you had questions, they seemed to be bothered when you ask for assistance. Some areas of the hotel were dirty, particularly the pool area; atrocious! The café food was not good at all and I opened up a pack of jelly that was molded. The overall quality just wasn't there. There seems to be no concern for the upkeep of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and near the monorail. Its pool is adequate andclean. The restaurants are good and the music is good.
