Very comfortable rooms, outstanding housekeeping service, easy check-in, beautiful location.

It could definitely use some more dining options -- the marketplace was pretty terrible.

We stayed at the Loews for 2 nights and were very comfortable and wish we had stayed longer! The staff was very courteous and the housekeeping service was helpful. The pool and beach areas are pristine -- and the kids that were with other members of our party loved the water slide. The room had a great coffee machine (big plus!) and the most comfortable bed.....definitely a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property, great customer service

no casino

I think this resort is absolutely beautiful. The restaurants had good food and the service very good. I didn't get a chance to hang out by the pool since we were racing that weekend, but it looked to me like everyone was enjoying pool. I would definitely stay here again for the next Iron Girl event but only with the Agoda price! The only thing I would like to have is a casino to go play in!

Lovely setting away from bustle of Las Vegas but still within easy reach of airport. It's synthetic but les outrageously so than the downtown hotels. Nice gardens. Rick's Cafe (which is actually quite a decent restaurant).

The two enormous swimming pools have very restricted hours, further limited from the notices on the gate by management whim.

We returned to Loews Lake Hotel Las Vegas in March 2009 as we had enjoyed our stay there in May 2008. The hotel has a super view over the lake. The style is pseudo-Venetian, with a black canopied gondola style vessel (powered not paddled) arriving at sunset into the lagoon carrying a couple sipping champagne. It's actually much nicer than the boats on the canal at the Venetian where we have also stayed. Our meal at Rick's Cafe was excellent. Food was reasonably priced and wine extortionate as in mant las Vegas hotels. We have senior person's appetites and it was pleasing to be offered shared main and starter courses. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no wait at reception unlike many other Las Vegas hotels were one has to stand in line interminably. We got a very good price booking with Agoda and their deal included the resort fee which is a scam operated by many Las Vegas hotels to get another $20+ over the agreed price. When we take our next holiday to USA from Britain we will certainly consider this hotel as a stop near Las Vegas.
