Our stay was excellent. Although the hotel is not 5 star, it comes close. The only negative I have to say was that the valet when we arrived was not very friendly which wasn't a good first impression. But after that, everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were fantastic and there were options for everyone. The room was very clean and roomy. The location isn't great, it's at the end of the strip, but it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely return!

Too Long Q to Check-in and Registration charge my Credit card another USD 400+ because Agoda hasn't sent them or no record of my booking yet. Until today (after a week) I still do not know if it's going to be double charge because they said the credit will be returned after 2 weeks.

Our stay was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beach was fun, however I would suggest getting out there before 12:00. It can be very hard to find a lounge chair.

Not happy that the pool closed at 6:00pm. It should stay open late. The 2 restaurants that we ate in were terrible. Cold food, Slow service and the food flavor was optional.

We had a great time at the Mandalay Bay. The room was comfortable and clean, and when we asked for a nicer view they gave us a strip view room. However, I don't think it was a deluxe room, as it was quite small and had no seating area. The resort credit is a rip off. $28 per day in the off season when the pool is closed (only the small and very crowded beach club was open) with in-room wifi that doesn't work is really poor. We'd come back, but only if there's some room for negotiation on the resort fees.
