Good place to experience the strip on a budget!

With this being my second stay in Vegas, I have this hotel to compare to MGM Grand, where I stayed last time. There are certain Aspects of both trips that I liked better. I liked the staff at the Monte Carlo much better, they were all very friendly and willing to help me find places. They even helped recommend restaraunts that they weren't affiliated with when we were looking for options. For the price, I definitely would recommend this to the traveler willing to experience the strip, but not at the price of some of the fancier hotels.
8/10 would consider staying again.
