Great loc, value for money
The location is good, along the strip. Very convenient to get around along the strip. Room is clean and nice. We've got a high floor with pool view, nice. No fridge, no mini bar, no coffee machine, etc. Need to pay extra to loan. Safe is very small. If you are conservative and do not wish your children to be exposed to casino, then do not stay in this hotel. The lobby is at the back of the strip, and to get to the strip, you need walk through the casino (or walk on the side streets under the hot and scorching sun). In fact, parents who do not wish their kids to see any casino should not bring kids to Vegas, most hotels here (at least true on the strip) have open casino concept and to get to places you probably need to walk through the casinos.

Don't stay here with Children
We were charged $30 per night for a crib. We were woken up at 2:30am to find someone from maintenance IN our room wanting to check our water pressure.

No coffee making available in room or a fridge we had stayed at three other hotels on this trip and they had the above. Shower grubby sun Loungers also dirty.

Not happy when I check in to find I still had resort fees to pay. I was under the impression that I had paid all fee when I book through good neighbor. This did not set well with already having the issue of the hotel telling me that one of my confirmation numbers were for a different date that had already passed and e having to deal with Agoda in May to get that fixed.

Valuable Hotel
I sleep for 4 days in Monte Carlo. In everyday I return to this hotel, everything is clean and well-organized to be used. Good location, good price, but baggage claim staffs are a little bit unkind and insincere.
