Staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for the winter (even though it was 75 degrees outside).

It was a very convenient hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit worn. Also, the bathrooms were bare bones. I have had nicer shower heads, towels and linens at some of the business traveler hotels which are half the price. Finally, the restaurants could have had greater selection. Also, they charge for wifi...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely rent a car and see the Valley of Fire. Spectacular!

Hotel very busy when we arrived on Sat evening,however,check i was efficient and staff were helpful.
Did not like the night time effect in main thoroughfare and shopping/Restaurant area which made me glad we were only staying one night. Can you not have the impression of daytime in Paris during daylight hours?
Also far too many people trying to access tables in cafes and restaurants for breakfast Sun am. Gave up and just had fruit and coffee in Madeleine!!
Nightlife Tip:
Jersey Boys show excellent.

I was surprised....
When I tried to check-in, my reservation was canceled some how. I already paid by credit card and got confirmation. Hotel clerk said they sold their all rooms and there was no room for us. I had no idea. I called Agoda customer service right away. They apologized and told us to come back to front desk in 10min,but didn't explained why this happened. I came back and tried to check in again. Hotel clerk gave us non-smoking small room with one bed. I was with my friend. There was no choice.
Because of that happening, we missed a show we supposed to see.
Overall, this is my first time to have such unprofessional service.
