Safe deposit box not working. Security was up twice. I had to keep going down to the front desk for different keys. Wound up changing rooms after telling them I was waiting for engineering to come up and repair the safe. Still had to go down several more times for keys. They weren't working. They had no express line so stood behind people checking in to get service.

My reservation was made through Priceline.com on the afternoon of my stay. At check-in, which we did have to stand in line for a long time, the hotel did not have our reservation. They honored the price, but had me pay for the room through the hotel. I also got billed through Agoda. This still has not yet been corrected!

best location in vegas
the restaurants were great location was perfect staff was pleasant

o upon arriving to our room I touched the door handle to the adjoining room and it fell off
in my hand. then as I was putting our clothes away the handle to the bottom drawer came off. we had asked for a king size bed and made our reservations for a late arrival, but was told only two doubles were available. the carpet was old and worn giving it a dirty appearance. my husband went to take a shower and the inside floor was slippery and almost fell.over all we enjoyed vegas.

We stayed there for two night. It was comfortable with good location . It's in the middle of the strips. So we can easily walk to other hotels. The room was great with nice decoration. We will come back again.

Good location poor customer service

Customer service was extremely poor - couldn't find our booking so left us just standing there for 20 minutes whilst they checked..... Then told us they would charge us $25 for early booking and advised us that we would have had to have paid $25 per day for wifi if I hadn't already paid the resort fees.
This hotel wasn't that much more either but we thought after a few nights in Death Valley we would try somewhere different... I wish I hadn't.
We are now just about to leave NY where early booking in was not an issue and wifi was included....
