The check-in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. The room is clean and the toilet and bath are big. The bed and the pillows are so soft, smells freshness. Directory signs are strategically placed so that the guests have easy access to any location they want to go, like to the shops or to the tour bus area. The guys in the concierge were assisting us willingly. They even helped us contacting the tour company to locate my husband's colored glasses.
The only setback is there is no complimentary internet.

Planet Hollywood was AWESOME!
- freedom to choose your own bottle of wine for free
- cool music played outside the hotel that REALLY makes it feel like Vegas
- Pleasure Pit (dealers are wearing lingerie)
- Videos are played on huge screens outside the hotel and they are Awesome!
- There is a Pink's hotdog and PF Chang's in the hotel
- shops are on sale
- 2 queen sized beds
- bathroom & bedroom is spacious
- coupons for the spice market buffet (yet didn't get to use)

Fantastic Stay at PH, great location and service
Good Service, nice rooms, great furnishings and excellent location.

This hotel was very clean,nice and well kept up. Our rooms were clean everyday. We had water bottles each morning with a paper outside our door. More than enough towels for the room. I would say this hotel gets a 10 everyone was so friendly. In the casino the ladies were helpful with change and free drinks long as you were playing. I will definately stay here again on my next visit. Even got a room upgrade to one with a view of the strip. Excellent!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
CSI experience is great, and so is the hoover dam. Sky Walk is just to fare and road there is poor.

Good location, Good shopping, Good pool, Good looking

Good location, Good shopping, Good swimming pool, Good View. Good Casino. Easy for take Bus because very near by the bus station. At night, good sighseeing. Very lighting.
